1. How is my custom order processed?
On the product page, select your customization options (e.g., name, yarn color, decorations):
- Click “View Customization Options” → “Add to Cart”
- Go to your cart and enter your shipping address
- Verify your order details
- Complete payment
Once we receive your order, we’ll begin preparing materials—typically within 1-2 days. After customization is complete, we’ll ship your order promptly and email you tracking details.
2. Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us.

3. Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept PayPal only.
PayPal is secure and supports multiple payment options, including credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
4.How do I modify my existing order?
As all products are custom-made, changes are extremely limited once production begins.

5. How is my order shipped?
All products are handcrafted in our China studio and shipped worldwide via trusted logistics partners.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with:

Global delivery process:
- Shipped from China to destination country
- Handed to local courier
- Final delivery to your address
In case of issues:

6.Can I request a refund or return?
As each product is custom-made and uniquely crafted, we are unable to accept refunds or returns.
If you need to adjust your order, please contact us before production begins (include your order ID for faster processing).

7. About Taxes and duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office if you have questions about potential fees. We are not able to estimate or cover these costs on your behalf.
